All rooms are elegantly furnished, decorated and equipped with high-speed internet connections, Wi-Fi, speaker phones with conference calling, white boards and HDMI TV’s available in each room.
Meeting Room Reservation Guidelines
To book a meeting room fill out the booking form above.
All room reservations must be approved by a building administrator during regular working hours Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm to be confirmed.
Building tenants may reserve a meeting room for after-hours access; however, reservation approval for after-hours access is granted during staff regular working hours only. Any meeting room reservations made after 5pm Mon-Fri will be approved the following business day.
Please Note: If you cancel your meeting room reservation within 24 hours after approval you will be charged the full reservation fee.
